Jamsan Management is New England based hotel & asset management company, which is recognized by its investors, franchisers and clients as quality intensive. Jamsan owns & manages a wide variety of properties in the North East United States. They work with all the leading national brands such as Hilton, Marriott International, Choice Hotels, Best Western International and Intercontinental Hotel Group to provide a unique lodging solution for the greater New England region.
The Challenge
Jameson required a highly secure and compliant file transfer platform to receive regulatory files, reports, and batch data from third-party vendors. They also needed a browser-based upload option for business users who did not use SFTP clients.
The Solution
Hallmark implemented AWS Transfer Family with both protocol-based and browser-based access to meet Jameson’s compliance and usability requirements.
- Vendors use SFTP and AS2 for automated data transfers
- Business users securely upload/download files via AWS Transfer Family Web Apps
- Files are stored in Amazon EFS for low-latency access by internal applications
- All file activity is logged and monitored using Amazon CloudWatch and AWS CloudTrail.
- The solution runs inside a VPC with private endpoints, ensuring no public exposure
