US IT Recruiter - Hyderabad - 2+ Years of Experience
Job Description

  • Identify candidates as per the IT job requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Submit right candidates(US Citizens, Green Cards and H1Bs) for the requirements as per Client need/ third party requirements.
  • To work with third party requirements on all the relevant IT technologies.
  • Conduct initial screenings for skill match and suitability, check work authorization, getting confirmation mails, references check, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate Client interviews and work with managers to close the deals.
  • Negotiating the rate with the employees on W2 and Corp to Corp/1099.
  • Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.
  • Search resume from different sources like job portals, groups, references, networking sites etc. as required.
Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 2-3 years experience in US IT Recruiting
  • Full life cycle recruitment comprising of sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates; coordinating and executing interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.
  • Should be able to handle multiple third party requirements in a given day.
  • Should have good understanding of IT terminologies.
  • Experience in pre-screening and rate negotiation.
  • Ability and experience to source both active and passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex Internet searches, online databases, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
  • Problem solving and situational awareness to meet the tasks.
  • Should have ability to handle target/deadline oriented work atmosphere.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and self-driven.
Technical Project Lead-Hyderabad - 9 to 11Yrs Exp
Job Description

  • Total 9‐11 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong database skills preferably in MS SQL 2008+
  • Should have work experience in .NET and related technologies (.NET Framework, ASP.Net, MVC is
    Mandatory, Razor is Optional, Web Services / WCF)
  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
  • Good experience in leading the team, mentor the team, guide/assist in technical glitches.
  • Should have worked closely with the project manager/client and team and have effective skills to manage
    and handle the client and the team
  • Should have enough experience to assess/evaluate the team strengths and weaknesses and drive the
    team accordingly.
  • Good grasp of Architecture design, Design Patterns, Re‐factoring and unit testing, Code versioning
    mechanisms are mandatory.
  • Should have been participated in the design of applications of medium to large size.
  • Should have very good experience in applications development, deployment, operations, documentation,
    best practices, security, networking, RDBMS etc.,
  • Good understanding of WCF/Web Services and SOA and MVC is a plus
  • Should be able to provide technical solutions with client business focus, user friendliness, easy to
    enhance, robust, high performance, concurrency and scalability.
  • Experience in estimating the project development efforts, preparing the project plan, project risk
    mitigation plans
  • At least 2‐3 bigger projects experience from inception‐to‐delivery of .NET projects.
  • Strong Programming skills in VB.Net, should be will to work on VB.NET though experience in C#.Net, and
  • Experience in IIS, AJAX, XML, Knowledge in LINQ is a plus
  • Experience on SSRS/Crystal reports development is a plus

Senior Test Engineer - Hyderabad - 6 to 8Yrs
Job Description

  • Total of 6 – 8 years of experience in testing with very good Analytical Skills
  • 3-4 years of experience in testing web based applications preferably using .Net
  • 2+ years of experience in regression, integration & system level test execution
  • Experience in manual testing, writing test cases and executing them is a must
  • Experience in testing automation would be given priority
  • Experience on Load Testing using different tools such as Load Runner
  • Exposure to different domains, QA methodologies and QA documentation
  • Understanding of RDBMS fundamentals and working knowledge of T-SQL (database testing)
  • Should be able to interact with the clients and flexible to support in US time zones on need.
  • Experience in developing test plan, test metrics & test scenarios
  • Participation for full SDLC & STLC in at least one application is must
  • Participation in UAT or handle UAT and getting signoff (handled at least one UAT)
  • Achieving cross browser testing and compatibility is an asset
  • Resources with knowledge on testing frontend using different tools(like firebug) is a plus

  • Passionate about testing high-quality systems with implementation of best practices
  • Has to act as SPOC for the entire application for US / client team
  • Ability to perform and orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously
