The Challenge
Jamsan requires a document workflow system to manage internal documents such as invoices, policies, and operational files. Documents should move through stages like Draft, Review, Approved, and Archived.
Tracking document status across multiple teams, Managing document versions and approval history, Avoiding delays and confusion in approvals.
The Solution
Store document metadata and status in Amazon DynamoDB, Store document versions securely in Amazon S3,Update document status in DynamoDB during each approval step, Use DynamoDB to quickly show pending and approved documents.
